Refund Policy

We get it — plans change. At Adventure Guides TN, we do our best to keep things flexible while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each adventure. Please review our refund policy before booking:

Cancellations & Refunds

• 72+ Hours Before Tour Start Time
  Receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

• 24 to 72 Hours Before Tour Start Time
  Receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

• Less Than 24 Hours Before Tour Start Time
  No refund will be issued. At this stage, your spot is reserved and resources are already committed.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Guests who arrive late or do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

If Adventure Guides TN cancels a tour due to severe weather or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — your choice.
