Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Adventure Guides TN! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings, tours, and services provided by Adventure Guides TN. By booking a tour or participating in any of our activities, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods through our secure payment processor.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations:

    • 72 hours before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees.

    • 72-24 hours before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 24 hours: No refund.

  • Adventure Guides TN Cancellations:
    We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Participant Requirements

By participating in any of our tours or activities, you confirm that you:

  • Are in reasonably good health and able to participate in physical activities.

  • Have disclosed any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your safety.

  • Will follow all safety instructions and guidelines given by guides.

  • Are at least [18] years old, or accompanied by a legal guardian if underage.

  • Will bring appropriate gear (especially for camping tours where you provide your own equipment).

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

4. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks. By booking with Adventure Guides TN, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, or falls

  • Weather changes

  • Wildlife encounters

  • Equipment failure or accidents

A signed liability waiver is required before participating in any activity.

5. Equipment Responsibility

Participants are responsible for the care of any gear or equipment provided during tours. Damaged or lost items due to negligence may result in a replacement fee.

6. Weather Policy

We go out in most weather conditions — rain, shine, or snow (unless unsafe). In case of extreme weather or natural events that threaten safety, we may cancel or reschedule.

7. Photography & Media Release

By joining a tour, you grant Adventure Guides TN permission to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional or marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to your tour.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adventure Guides TN and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or expenses resulting from participation in our tours, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your County], Tennessee.
